Why should I report an Issue with MobileFence - Parental Control?

1. I could just block the Play Store so my child won't be able to update Google Chrome; however, he needs to update other apps of his phone and I don't want to update the apps on his phone manually, it's time consuming.

2. I hate it.Every time my child updates Google Chrome through the Play Store, this app automatically deactivates blocking settings for Google Chrome which defeats the purpose of installing this app on my child's phone in the first place.

Why pay for you to tell me that?A great app with many options although with an outdated interface and no option for pc/mac There is something about the app that bothers me though, for a tech savvy kid it's possible to go into safe mode and uninstall or turn off some settings on one device but not on another for example One kid has a Samsung S10 with all the necessary option on for anti removal and it's not removable The other kid has a Alcatel 3 series (2020) and with every option but can go into safe mode to remove it orThe app has suddenly taken over my phone.

4. Thank you.Its a horrible app yes im a kid but this app cuts me out of calls, the admin can see my text, it crashes my phone, it taps on random stuff which causes some trouble in Communication.

5. Thank you.This app is a WASTE OF MONEY! When I first got the app it worked great at blocking incoming and outgoing calls, but then about 5-6 months ago it stopped blocking both, even with the option to block all incoming and outgoing calls selected.

6. I really want to use this app to the fullest and become a premium member, but not if I never see text message content! Sorry.....This app has been disabled from my device for two years now, but the terrible rift it has caused is still visible between my parents and I.

7. I emailed for help and was told that the only way to block incoming calls was to keep my child from touching the screen to answer calls when they come in.

8. Using this app to limit screen time is fine, but invading the privacy of your teen or child by viewing texts and the like is horrible.

1. Fix Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart : Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "" » Open MobileFence - Parental Control » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MobileFence - Parental Control app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MobileFence - Parental Control" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall . If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing not working

2. Fix Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
