Sections of the app are not logically located such as spam blocking is part of the "Entertainment" section?!The latest update is very refreshing on the eyes, the new UI looks really nice but other than that it's NOT great - it's very much slower than the old one, it consumes SIGNIFICANTLY MORE data, it's more Complicated than the previous one and lastly some people might find it confusing - so technically speaking it's not as efficient as it was before... 😟😢The app is easy to use for normal stuff like paying the bills etc.. however there are some confusions in the app between hot offers , products and eshop tabs... Each tab has diffrent items and some items stated in both and some in all.. if there is a reason for this.. well it is complicated.. as a customer it will be convenient for me to come and find everything in one place.. furthermore the products tab has some old offers which are...
2. Who designed this bullcrap ? I really can't get understand how could it be wrong everytime.The app is not working since the last update... Please rectify this... Update - after several emails...the reply remains the same robotic " try signing off and signing in"... "Change password"... Please understand that all these have been tried already but the app itself doesn't open!!!... Please update the app itself and fix the bugs!Great! Now we have to watch an ad when we open the app.
3. In fact, the only reason to install the app is to watch the ads, remove the skip button nobody will want to ignore your latest offerings.Terrible experience, can't even manage different numbers.

9. The app should automatically show all my numbers/contracts in a clear way and let me manage them and see details in a seamless manner.
10. How stupid is this! And when I try to manage my numbers and add them manually, it gives an unauthorized error.
11. comparing your app to other competitors i find it terrible.
