1. Unfortunately It is very bad and non friendly in term of using .. You can't see the remaining benefits of your line .. all time it said "the required information not available "..it's not working been 1 month im trying to login in to pay my bill and check whats wrong with connection is really disappointing!!!It is a very bad app and not working.

1. Fix Zain Business Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Zain Business: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Zain Business App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Zain Business" » Open Zain Business » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Zain Business » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Zain Business app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Zain Business servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Zain Business" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Zain Business app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Zain Business might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Zain Business. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Zain Business then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Zain Business not working
