Infy Me Customer Insights

1. RegardsI am not able to give 'lost Asset'in the app as my laptop has been stolen few days back as it was showing "Something went wrong "all the time.I have been trying for the past three days.please fix the issue as it is really important to me so that I could apply for the new laptop.Team Attention.

2. You want to see documents from past year, just click on the dropdown, the first option is 2004, and then the list of all the years from 2004 to 2023 repeats for 3 times.Response in comments "we are always tying to improve the application", its been 6 years.UPDATE: app is much better than before.

3. Team takes the feedback and gets it implemented.29Apr2023: Updated the app just now and it just flashes the landing page and CRASHES.

4. I am using the android mobile app.Very useful and easy to navigate but instead scroll option gave search in country selection.

5. Could the developers look into this ? Edit:2 There is no new update available for Company Portal, Infyme or Authenticator.

6. However, there seems to be an issue with downloading the holiday calendar under the profile section.

7. This app had a long journey from the time it is launched starting with Limited features , n number of bugs and continuous crashes.

8. Edit 3:Post re-installing and re-registering company portal app, Infyme works fine now.

9. But one the authorization is done, it keeps showing me the purple page and doesn't move forward.

10. you cannot schedule for a holiday leave...also, it would be a plus if you added the holiday calendar on the app as well.Everything on finger tips.

11. Doesn't even stay open! God knows why would I have upgraded to the latest version.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Infy Me Issues

1. Fix Infy Me Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Infy Me: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Infy Me App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Infy Me" » Open Infy Me » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Infy Me » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Infy Me app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Infy Me servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Infy Me" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Infy Me app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Infy Me might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Infy Me. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Infy Me then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Infy Me not working


2. Fix Infy Me Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Infy Me be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Infy Me not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Infy Me may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Hi team I'm facing the issue that Microsoft Authenticator not pOpping up approval message in Mobile & Also not receving the call from Microsoft authenticator
    due to which is unable to login to Intosys Panorama network and INFY ME APP in mobile, kindly assist in resoling the issue.
