It's a waste of time.This app make more complicated, I put the Passport ID many times and this app keep telling many many times " the passport ID not is correctKeeps saying my record doesn't exist even though using the same passport id from confirmation emailWorked smoothly and effectivelyThis app is worthless.

2. Installation was easy, and it helps me feel prepared for the unexpected.Worthless. It says the ID does not exist when I entered everything exactly as it is the email.

3. We put in all of the info and it said there was "an error connecting to impact's servers; please check your internet connection" but our connection is fine because every wireless device in our home is connected.

4. Also, the description is misleading because it says the app works on all devices but only gives the option for a smartphone or tablet and not laptop or desktop.

5. If I could have rated this zero stars, I would have.I really appreciate knowing that my family has a plan to prevent my son from returning to play too soon, if he were to have a concussion.

6. The app keeps his Passport ID safe and available on my phone.

7. All devices should mean all, not some.

1. Fix ImPACT Passport Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ImPACT Passport: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ImPACT Passport App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ImPACT Passport" » Open ImPACT Passport » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ImPACT Passport » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ImPACT Passport app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ImPACT Passport servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ImPACT Passport" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ImPACT Passport app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ImPACT Passport might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ImPACT Passport. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ImPACT Passport then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ImPACT Passport not working

2. Fix ImPACT Passport Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ImPACT Passport be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ImPACT Passport not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ImPACT Passport may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
