1. However, when I left the app and then tried to get back in, I found myself in an endless loop being asked to sign in (although I had signed in seconds earlier), and not being shown a login page.Great app.. But, an important aspect of navigation within a copy of the Radio Times is terrible.
2. Since phoning immediate media who told me there are known issues with the app, I can now access all editions including the current ones so something seems to have been fixed. Was working perfectly, then suddenly today I was signed out and couldn't sign back in.
3. Stuck in a loop when I tried to log back in and finally, logged me in and doesn't think I have a subscription! All issues others have reportedUsing on android phone was 1 star.
4. Absolutely pointless - you might as well just use the website and not have to log in.Absolute Rubbish app! Was this even tested before release? If tablet is in landscape mode, won't load issues.
5. Must be considered as still work-in-progress.Since the last update, the app now thinks my subscription ran out 2 weeks ago despite it being active with 35 issues remaining.
6. You have to sign in even to see TV listings, but it just takes you to the website (after trying to get you to subscribe to download a digital copy of the magazine for close to the cover price).
7. Despite allowing the downloading of issues to allow their reading offline, at times the app won't load unless it can connect to the internet, thus preventing access to your downloads.
8. First the good bit: Using Direct access buttons to a days' viewing or article is excellent.
9. The Back button should really take you back to the previous page that you navigated from originally so you can easily reselect another article etc.The DiscoverTV app was great but no longer works, presumably to get you using this.
10. Now the bad bit : Pressing the Back arrow button after reading an article or viewing a days' programming takes you back to the app home screen.
11. In addition, the slightest touch on the screen throws it into the unnecessary easy read mode, regardless of what you were actually trying to achieve.
