1. Okay, fine, but I can't ever get the app to work on any of my devices to see the current issues! It freezes, shuts down on it's own, jumps to the last page while I'm finally able to read an article.

3. I tried to read the magazine online through google play, but I can't do that either.
4. I do appreciate that they offer a free trial, but the digital version is unusable for me.In order to qualify for any offers, you must subscribe through the app.
5. Unreliable.Problems downloading, then problems getting pages bigger than thumbnails so I can even read it.
6. Just buy the subscription through Google Play- it's reliable and you won't have to deal with their terrible customer service.
7. There have been a few times I wasn't able to log in, and then I was told I didn't have a subscription, so I emailed them proof.
8. Digital Magazine doesn't download on due date.
9. They respond about 3 or 4 days after you ask for assistance.Very frustrating at first (slow, random page jumps) and now it won't even let me log in.
10. This is a horrible app, and even with multiple bad reviews and email complaints, they still haven't tried to fix the issues.
11. I'm supposed to go find original subscription emails to register from scratch.
