2. Be nicer if you only have one remote to autoload that one upon opening the app or a landing page with all of your saves remotes With a menu option to add a remote instead of starting in the add new remote screen every time.

4. Also, the icon is not what the remote looks like (pink buttons) which I was worried about, it's a nice white and blue instead.

1. Fix LG Universal Remote Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart LG Universal Remote: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the LG Universal Remote App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LG Universal Remote" » Open LG Universal Remote » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LG Universal Remote » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear LG Universal Remote app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LG Universal Remote servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LG Universal Remote" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check LG Universal Remote app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LG Universal Remote might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall LG Universal Remote. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LG Universal Remote then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LG Universal Remote not working
