6. Currently I use a Roku mobile app along with this app.Does not work with Bose Solo 15 sound bar.

2. Update the Bose Universal Remote App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Bose Universal Remote" » Open Bose Universal Remote » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Bose Universal Remote » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Bose Universal Remote app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bose Universal Remote servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bose Universal Remote" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Bose Universal Remote app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bose Universal Remote might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Bose Universal Remote. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Bose Universal Remote then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Bose Universal Remote not working
