2. Irritated yet? Download this app and you will be, it is not designed to actually be useful the second you touch it to power on it changes screens and wants you to get a personal loan through Credit Karma!! AThe app works exactly as advertised.

3. I really wouldn't bother wasting your time with this appAfter buying a Second hand unit but it wouldn't switch on, it was useful to use to prove the remote was the issue.

Worst app I ever tried.Biggest piece of a wast of time I have ever had the miss fortune to have had to deal with every button you touch because that's what you have been instructed to do, only takes you to a new page with an add., And another and another and another and another and another and another and another.

5. The teaser image on Google Play shows several kinds of devices that are not in fact supported, including sound bars.

6. Currently I use a Roku mobile app along with this app.Does not work with Bose Solo 15 sound bar.

7. The only additional feature I could wish for is to add support for Roku streaming devices.

  3. Clear Bose Universal Remote app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bose Universal Remote servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bose Universal Remote" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Bose Universal Remote app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bose Universal Remote might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Bose Universal Remote. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Bose Universal Remote then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Bose Universal Remote not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Bose Universal Remote be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
