With dozens of awesome color variations and filter options and some solid presets there always seems to be a way to make a positive enhancement to my pictures.Would rate much higher if not for the fact that often times -seemingly at random- the app refuses to let me save or share the image that I may have spent over an hour on.

1. Fix Chroma Lab Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Chroma Lab: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Chroma Lab App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Chroma Lab" » Open Chroma Lab » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Chroma Lab » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Chroma Lab app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Chroma Lab servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Chroma Lab" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Chroma Lab app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Chroma Lab might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Chroma Lab. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Chroma Lab then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Chroma Lab not working

2. Fix Chroma Lab Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Chroma Lab be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Chroma Lab not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Chroma Lab may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
