1. Now it's set to charge my card yearly, and I can't figure out how to cancel this charge.I had "save to device" turned on but after hours of scripting and filming the videos hadn't been saved! And, I couldn't record with my green screen it just wouldn't work so I had to waste my money on a blue screen (I know it's not your problem but it is your fault!) Other than that the app was Ok.Having a issue with creating videos with the background photos on a green screen.. they won't show up and no way to save the video unless you share it via the limited options.

2. Trying to do a video on the green screen at all it does come up when you're doing the camera with the green screen but it's a very crappy picture of a background I wouldn't mind paying for this app if it actually works properly.

4. Developers please include the function of chroma key adjustment for the user to be able to adjust the tone of green so that the chroma key function will work and by all means I'll change my rating if you do that improvement.

5. By the way thank you for making an app that intends to remove the background though it didn't.Terrible. For the app developers: #1 We dont want a tutorial, stop treating us like were childs.

6. Apart from that, this app is good! However, please fix this, and maybe introduce an eyedropper tool to use as the "green" screen?You can only use pictures taken in real time in the app, you can't use already taken photos.

7. And yes I paid 2.99 year for the app and backgrounds.The app did not remove the green background.

8. By default, the colour tolerance was quite high, which lead to some issues with my red background as much of my skin was also removed.

9. The subscription notice came out & I've been trying to purchase the subscription (as I need more then 1 min of recording time) but when I click the subscribe button nothing happens.

10. Once I find a replacement, I will cancel my subscription.The app has a clean interface, and it edits out the colour pretty well.

1. Fix Chromavid Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Chromavid: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Chromavid App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Chromavid" » Open Chromavid » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Chromavid » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Chromavid app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Chromavid servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Chromavid" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Chromavid app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Chromavid might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Chromavid. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Chromavid then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Chromavid not working

2. Fix Chromavid Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Chromavid be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Chromavid not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Chromavid may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
