1. I wish there were just a few more options in the beauty section.Before I wasted my data & installed it, you should have informed me that the it is NOT a free aap & that the charges are exorbitant.. Moreover the advertised features of face shaping are general & cannot be used specifically on a spot ( a function which most other free aaps give).

2. I was quite disappointed in the absence of several features advertised in the app's description, among which include hair styling and makeup tools.Hysterically BAD app! There are 4 sample faces that the app is able to "transform" in an amazing way, but when you use your own photo, it pretty much just changes the exposure.

3. once installed, try to open the application and crash, a message appeared, about the application stopped working, and despite closing it, the message did not Disappeared luck managed to uninstall and avoid more such annoying message.This app charges you 7.99 instantly when you sign up for the free trial.

4. However, not only is the pro/vip price exceedingly high for a low to average quality warper app, several advertised features like changing hair color simply do not work, or crash the app entirely.omg .. made record in its operation.

5. It's perfect for minor touch ups and simple fixes, however I do not recommend this app for i anyone requiring a more extensive array of tools capable of performing more sophisticated or complex tasks.

6. This app seems to be geared more towards beginners who require only a simple and modest collection of basic photo editing tools.

7. This app on Android is nothing compared to the iPhone version.It's great for simple adjustments and it has a variety of filters and adjustments.

8. In these days of amazing apps that are able to transform photos or videos, this is an obvious CASH IN.Very misleading ad.

9. The app struggles with face detection - I uploaded a similar photo as in the add - "No face detected".

10. Very misleading.It kept starting over on my photos like 10 timesMy daughter has an IPhone and the app is great.

11. Not worth it.Typical "beauty" app where it warps your face or simply enlarges your eyes or lips, etc.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Facelab Issues

1. Fix Facelab Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Facelab: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Facelab App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Facelab" » Open Facelab - Selfie Face Editor » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Facelab » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Facelab - Selfie Face Editor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Facelab servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Facelab - Selfie Face Editor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Facelab app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Facelab might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Facelab. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Facelab then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Facelab not working


2. Fix Facelab Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Facelab be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Facelab not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Facelab may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

    I hope my email finds you well.

    I am writing to you today as I have just noticed that I got charged on the second of November for another year’s subscription. I already cancelled this months ano and not sure why I’m being changed.

    I have cancelled the subscription again today and would like to ask for a refund as I haven’t been using the app for months.
