1. I cannot skip the front counter and check in from the app, I cannot use my phone as a hotel key, I cannot order a ride share direct to the hotel's location from the app.
2. This app used to make it easy, now it's a PITA to try and book on the fly.I'm Hyatt Globalist and Hilton Platinum, so I had a certain level of expectation when it came to a hotel loyalty mobile app.

4. I still have not been able to resolve my issues.I've used this to book several hotels lately, but I cannot recommend it because they have billing issues.
5. It won't show many of my past bookings or allow me to request a refund when the hotel manager told me I'd get a refund and didn't.
