1. I will look for Marathon stations that have the newest pumps with the video displays, I never had problems with those but many times with the older pumps that have worn-out displays or older in general, I have input many times and lost the discount.FINALLY. After the update I wasn't able to access my account because i had been logged out.
2. Would like to be able to redeem points! Update, deleted app and redownloaded and now it works!This app DOES NOT WORK! I am a Wyndham Rewards member, downloaded the MakeItCount app.
3. After reading the other reviews with same or similar issue, I almost wrote an email, but then decided I don't need the hassle.Love this app and the discount I get, but I haven't been able to use it for almost two weeks.
4. Not all stations have the updated pos pumps and around here, some stations have owners that do not speak or understand English to inquire about MakeItCount promotion.
5. And when trying to use MakeItCount app at the pumps, I input the Loyalty number for my account, but nothing happens.
6. It's not always the cheapest but it's convenient & the 5 cents off/gallon helps! My husband and I use the same # & have racked up a lot of points.
7. As I was creating a password, a large box popped up in red lettering saying my email address looked invalid.
8. I will admit that we rarely need to use the app.I used this app under the asumption that I would be able to use the rewards for cents off of gasoline.
9. No points are earned, no Cents off happens, no credit, just frustration.
10. I just got done dealing with customer service about my account having the wrong number.
11. Set up the account, tried to link both accounts, it just goes back from one app to other, won't link.
I no longer have that number and need to link my new card and new account
