Why should I report an Issue with IFTTT - Automate work and home?

1. It's just stuck on the page where you insert ingredients.I already cancelled my subscription because the app doesn't work correctly (and yes, battery optimization and all other settings are correct), but now they've lowered the number of applets to 2 to try to force people to pay for the service that still doesn't work correctly.

2. It used to stop working all the time but I could edit and "rebuild" it and it would work again, but now I can't do that because it doesn't save the phone number and text when you hit the continue button.

5. I've been using these 2 applets for years,now pay.With the forceful change to limiting applets to 2, there is a bug in the system that won't let me get past 1 applet.

6. The applet that texts no longer works because sending a text message from my phone to my phone should somehow make me have to pay for the privilege of sending a text.

7. After seeing how poorly it responds I'll just keep the money.Disappointing that every month or so my two applets stop working because I need to reconnect the account with those apps.

8. That could just be the way those services work and it's out of IFTTTs control, but the real disappointment is that I can't get a notification for when the applet fails.

1. Fix IFTTT Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart IFTTT: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the IFTTT App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "IFTTT" » Open IFTTT - Automate work and home » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for IFTTT » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear IFTTT - Automate work and home app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from IFTTT servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "IFTTT - Automate work and home" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check IFTTT app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, IFTTT might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall IFTTT. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall IFTTT then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing IFTTT not working

2. Fix IFTTT Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make IFTTT be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to IFTTT not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, IFTTT may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
