6. Can this bug be resolved please?Would have liked to see a free 7 day trail, to try out all the features instead of just a buy now thing without any incentive to actually buy the subscription.

7. Only issue is I have tried to purchase ad-free, for the convenience and the 7-day trial of cloud and group viewing.

8. You can earn points easily to purchase pro features records a lot and have gotten good use out of it.

9. Enabling the ability to lock the focus on camera till motion activation occurs might fix that one issue.

10. Sometimes mine looses connection to wifi but with other apps that had that option it would reconnect it.

11. The image is twitching black an gray pixels, otherwise in daylight it works great.There's still plenty of room for improvement but still this is a really solid app.

1. Fix Athome Camera Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Athome Camera: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Athome Camera App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Athome Camera" » Open Athome Camera: Remote Monitor » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Athome Camera » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Athome Camera: Remote Monitor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Athome Camera servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Athome Camera: Remote Monitor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Athome Camera app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Athome Camera might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Athome Camera. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Athome Camera then reinstall.
