1. horrible experience even after paying the price!All the new and good movies (even the old good movies) are only available on rent so there is no point in getting a subscription.

2. I took one year plan then I realised that most of the movies which I wanted to watch are in rental and on top of that while streaming video songs adds are popping that made me to feel why I took this subscription.

3. It gives you a two month free subscription, all the trending movies and most popular ones are present on it but ...... It simply crashes.

4. I just want to inform the developers team, that when i complained, the app was showing subtitles for many movies, and now, not even for a single one.

5. Rented a movie, the pause button doesn't work even if the app is running in the background 😂.

1. Fix Hungama Play Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hungama Play: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hungama Play App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hungama Play" » Open Hungama Play: Movies & Videos » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hungama Play » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hungama Play: Movies & Videos app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hungama Play servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hungama Play: Movies & Videos" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Hungama Play app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hungama Play might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Hungama Play. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hungama Play then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hungama Play not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hungama Play be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
