So my point is i don't want it to see it same to same troubles in this Free Music/Movies/TV Shows/Series apps .What wrong with this app i just download the app and i wanted to open it and it keep telling me unfortunatety free music video and funny movie has stopped pls solve this bec i dont understand what going on pleas pleas pleasI love this app ,, it is faster and easy to use.. Would help to have some sort of info on how to save your favorites.Thanks again for your support in this library of having the music videos and movie's of the bands that I have seen back in my day when I was a young man who enjoys being able to walk to the Tower Theater and take my girl to see these bands that are not around anymore and what passes for music now a days it's sad and I am happy that you are the keepers of the archives of the good times we had when were younger thanks so much.

5. John CahillListen i am fedup with YouTube and YouTube Go apps because it is get it hanging/hanged get it freezing/freezed get it crashing/crashed .

1. Fix Media Stream Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Media Stream: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Media Stream App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Media Stream" » Open Media Stream: Music & TVShow » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Media Stream » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Media Stream: Music & TVShow app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Media Stream servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Media Stream: Music & TVShow" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Media Stream app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Media Stream might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Media Stream. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Media Stream then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Media Stream not working

2. Fix Media Stream Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Media Stream be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Media Stream not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Media Stream may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
