Why should I report an Issue with GPS to SMS - location sharing?

1. The app doesn't use the phone network to estimate your location in case the GPS signal is not available.It starts my configured messaging app (Signal), but it doesn't put any message in its message editor.

2. Preferably, I need a widget to quickly send my current (not saved) location to a saved (not editable) contact.

3. I would prefer to have an option to pre-set one or more emergency phone number so I can send my location immediately without searching in my contacts.

1. Fix GPS to SMS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GPS to SMS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GPS to SMS App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GPS to SMS" » Open GPS to SMS - location sharing » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GPS to SMS » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GPS to SMS - location sharing app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GPS to SMS servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GPS to SMS - location sharing" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GPS to SMS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GPS to SMS might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GPS to SMS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GPS to SMS then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GPS to SMS not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GPS to SMS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GPS to SMS not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GPS to SMS may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
