1. When a hotel I booked had no wifi (despite saying it did), customer service gave me a €12 credit that was good for 3 months 🙄In Las Vegas, a "resort fee" is excluded from the price on the screen that lists hotels and hidden at the bottom of the details screen.

2. Frequently, it locks up when attempting to "Add Guest." This is very annoying to deal with when you are trying to find a a room for the night and get rest.I travel a lot, sometimes I have to stay in a certain place but when I can or when I don't know when I am stopping for the night I always get a great offer with HotelTonight.

3. Perks get better as you move up in level (think rewards), try it you might be surprised at the accomodations you can find for the same people that leave the light on... Just saying.Failed at booking a hotel because the bed icon is too dark.

1. Fix HotelTonight Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart HotelTonight: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the HotelTonight App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HotelTonight" » Open HotelTonight: Hotel Deals » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HotelTonight » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear HotelTonight: Hotel Deals app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HotelTonight servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HotelTonight: Hotel Deals" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check HotelTonight app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HotelTonight might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall HotelTonight. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HotelTonight then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HotelTonight not working

2. Fix HotelTonight Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HotelTonight be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to HotelTonight not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, HotelTonight may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
