1. And building your own plan is a great feature! However, it feels very rough at the edges... Yoga is supposed to be a calming, meditative activity and that just doesn't work with the tiks and whistles between poses.
2. I would give 5 stars if they got rid of that.So the Yoga stretches in this are insane and challenging which is GREAT! My trouble with the app is that everytime I watch a YouTube video (on the app) about how to do a stretch when I come back it has me starting from scratch so I then have to skip the ones I've done to get to the one I need to be at again.
3. For instance, you should always start and end with your back stretches (upward dog downward dog etc.) I went to make my own yoga plan based on how I know yoga should go and it automatically put it in alphabetical order and I can't move it and that's frustrating to me.
4. There are also seasonal workouts and yoga exercises for stress, depression, to quit smoking, menstration, aging, glowing skin amongst others.
5. The only improvement I would suggest is allowing the user to to change the pose order and pose repition in their a custom routine.
6. When I try to click on the 'i' to learn more about each different type of yoga it won't show more, even though there clearly should be more text, and the artificial voice of the narrator can be quite distracting.
7. When trying to modify activities on the custom plan - the entire order is reset and you have to start from scratch.
8. Overall a nice app, I'd gladly pay the subscription if it had a smoother experience. With such an overload of information all over the Internet, this app definitely comes in handy! Not too fussed on the fitness based layout, although I have to admit pretty much everything else is similar.
9. I can overlook the robotic voice commands but what kills me is the referee whistle at the start of each pose.
10. Other than that, perfect for what I need and is one of the best free options!I am using for a week now and i am truly happy.
11. No ads, loads fast, levels are designed thoughtfully, and... - it's free! It's a nice app with plenty of poses.
