Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Home24 Issues
1. Fix Home24 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Home24: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Home24 App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Home24" » Open Home24 » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Home24 » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Home24 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Home24 servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Home24" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Home24 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Home24 might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Home24. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Home24 then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Home24 not working
2. Fix Home24 Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Home24 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Home24 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Home24 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
