Really frustrated at this loss of so much effort.I love the layout and experience of the app it's great and I love the encryption but I wish that had a bit more colour to it the black and white background just seems a bit dark and age had a bit of colours to the icons to make it look greatHi, Are this app same as previous POCKET APP (With a Brown Pocket icon)?.

2. But one suggestion...would have been much better if we could sync data with drive or Dropbox or else... so that even if we lose our device we can retrieve our data.Where is the Sync option..?? In your video you are showing in settings there is two more options like import & Export.

3. I'm not sure if you're related to the original "Pocket" app (brown pocket looking icon)?? but it has ALL my important passwords and every meaningful thing I need to get through any given day.

4. Please at least make previous app allow some time for users of previous app retrieve their important information keep in somewhere more safer or transfer to new app.It works fine.

5. moment u logout, all ur data is gone n u have to start afresh an earlier version with a brown icon had d facility of copying to clipboard..its no more now.

6. Could you please elaborate how can one Syne the user data of all the fields?? It is very very important when one lose or change his/her device.

7. Many important informations including overseas informations being lost unable to access which stored in previous app syncrinised with Dropbox.

8. Should be able to arrange entries alphabetically and copy password to clipboard without having to press, hold, then copy.I put all of my passwords in this app and 2 months later it reset on its own.

9. During phone shifting I entered all the data manually spending full one day.

10. no provision to retrieve data.

11. I want to try again but am hesitant bc there's no option to backup data.It's a very good app.

1. Fix Pocket App Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Pocket App: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pocket App App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pocket App" » Open Pocket App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pocket App » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pocket App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pocket App servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pocket App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pocket App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pocket App might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pocket App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pocket App then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pocket App not working

2. Fix Pocket App Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pocket App be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pocket App not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pocket App may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
