Why should I report an Issue with PocketDex - Pokedex for Android?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of DevelRox to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

I think that could be super useful in quickly evaluating a mon.Fix King Shield ( In other word make it so someone can learn it name Aegislash) Also in the "Team Analyzer" is shows how many physical, special and status moves but there swapped as special showing status, status show physical, and physical showing special move.

2. My only issue is some moves are unavailable, my CinderRace whomst I lovingly named flare knows the move Double-Edge yet for some reason it doesn't show up when I search for it.

3. It shows all of the different forms a Pokémon can have in the main list (this is my favourite part of the app), but doesn't have gender differences listed.

4. For example, an event Crobat comes with Toxic learned - which event was it? When? Or, when a move is learned by move tutor, I'd like to look up where that tutor is in each gameAmazing app! Its helping me keep track of my teams for OC purposes and is rather easy to use.

5. If you accidentally type a wrong letter and delete it, the app will act like you never did so you have to completely close the app because you can't even see the dex entries anymore.. A useful feature would be to tell us what routes from each game a pokemon can be found.

6. But the app is a good team build for pokemon obviously these are all bugs in the app which can be fixed quickly or not.

7. When I tap an alolan or galarian form pokemon, it shows the Dex entry and shiny forms of the original pokemon, not the new form.

8. Keep up the good work, and please fix your search function it can be pretty frustrating.Best Pokédex app I've found so far.

9. However when attempting to recreat my Galler team I noticed moves were flat out missing, like High Jump Kick.

10. Also, when filtering, the arrangement of the Pokémons are already and always alphabetically sorted.An amazing app! Helps me with almost all of my pokemon needs.

11. For example, when you search a certain Pokémon then search another Pokémon again, there are no results.

1. Fix PocketDex Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PocketDex: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PocketDex App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PocketDex" » Open PocketDex - Pokedex for Android » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PocketDex » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PocketDex - Pokedex for Android app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PocketDex servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PocketDex - Pokedex for Android" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PocketDex app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PocketDex might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PocketDex. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PocketDex then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PocketDex not working

2. Fix PocketDex Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PocketDex be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PocketDex not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PocketDex may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
