1. It's way less than half of that when you use Hitch! The people that support the app are very friendly and always trying to improve.Hitch is a great way to meet new people, and get paid for your time of driving a stranger to a city you might already be going too.

The use of the app is a little inconvenient, almost every time I use Hitch the driver is late and the driver tracker does not work to well oftentimes, with that being said I always do make it to my destination, the drivers are very friendly and I never had any serious issues while using the app.

3. The passenger list needs to be more visible (more color contrast, etc) or implement a roll call feature that forces drivers to check off each passenger individually before driving so people don't get left behind.

1. Fix Hitch Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hitch: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hitch App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hitch" » Open Hitch - Rides between Cities » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hitch » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hitch - Rides between Cities app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hitch servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hitch - Rides between Cities" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Hitch app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hitch might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Hitch. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hitch then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hitch not working

2. Fix Hitch Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hitch be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hitch not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hitch may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
