Why should I report an Issue with Healthify: AI Diet & Fitness?

1. I have taken a 6 months plan for high price and felt not worth of money at all and highly don't recommend to anyone.Worst customer service ever, no matter how many times I try to get my issue resolved, be it for credit card emi or refund just no help from the customer service team.

2. I am not sure if this is a bug, but why in the hell does this enable the alarm icon on my phone, on the top right status bar? Sure, you can send alerts and notifications for all things you do with the app, but altering the phone's functionality with alarm icon is seriously not recommended! All that does is confuse the user as to why the alarm icon appears when they have not set any alarm in any of the apps they use!!It's a great app for fitness enthusiasts.

3. Kindly add apps like ZEPP/MI or any others smartwatch and fitness band, so that there is accurate tracking of steps, calorie burnt, fitness activities.Total waste of my money, would recommend to only try this for a month and if it works you should pay for more.

4. It doesn't even launch only says this app can't work due to security reasons...I was looking for a good app to track my calorie consumption seems like MYFITNESSPAL is a better way to go.They are a bunch of money hungry wh***s.

5. Would recommend to use other applications or visit an actual nutritionists in person.This app is good for tracking food intake.

6. Intensity keeps increasing with time.The diet plan is not good.

7. The food water steps and calorie burn tracking is very good.

8. When you sell the plans that time everyone is available on call but when I want to cancel and get refund no1 is available.I have pro subscription.

9. I am into martial arts training and need to gain muscle but there is no option for the same as the BMI keeps butting in.Absolutely worst experience.

10. Workout interface is really good it shows video of many exercises and also does counting for the reps.

1. Fix Healthify Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Healthify: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Healthify App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Healthify" » Open Healthify: AI Diet & Fitness » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Healthify » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Healthify: AI Diet & Fitness app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Healthify servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Healthify: AI Diet & Fitness" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Healthify app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Healthify might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Healthify. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Healthify then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Healthify not working

2. Fix Healthify Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Healthify be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Healthify not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Healthify may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
