1. I just keep the app as a last resort way to make extra $.This app has been good for finding extra work but the job support chat bubble sucks, and getting them to do the right thing to add time is almost impossible.

2. I cant count the number of times I've had customers request changes and there was no option but to put that they weren't homeI've been doing ok using the app for jobs so far, but I have one big issue with it.

3. Customer support has been useless in remedying this issue.Support was responsive and solved my problem.

4. Just articles that lead to nowhere... The tabs on the app are missing.There is only problem and a major one at that! There is no distances or specific area(s) or zip codes in which you are willing to work within the settings menu.

5. I'm not sure if the customer purposely gives false information, Angi Services did not properly gather information on the project, or a combination of both.

6. I just did a booking and did the work that should have been for two people because one of the other providers didn't show up.

7. If there are any issues with the bookings and you or the customer need to get ahold of someone it is very hard (impossible from personal experience).

1. Fix Angi Services Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Angi Services: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Angi Services App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Angi Services" » Open Angi Services for Pros » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Angi Services » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Angi Services for Pros app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Angi Services servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Angi Services for Pros" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Angi Services app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Angi Services might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Angi Services. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Angi Services then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Angi Services not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Angi Services be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Angi Services not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Angi Services may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
