1. Nothing special about it.August 28 2019 I used this Private DIARY Pro app a few years ago and I loved it! Until I lost all my entries! I wasn't able to get them back! But for those of you that might be interested in this app! Look at the section that says: ABOUT THIS APP, scroll all the way to the bottom, it'll say the last update was Nov 2017.

2. I am a little concered about transferring the last 10 years of entries to a newer device when this old tablet gives up th ghost.

3. For example to use the commands that Android already has., like new line, new paragraph, delete, and select.I had the same problem of not being able to log in after my phone had an update.

4. I haven't been able to sign in to Private Diary for a couple month's.

5. Only issue I have is that everytime it updates it doesn't restore my entries and so I have to remember my password because there is no way to recover it.

6. I like it's ability to keep hold of recent entries when l get distracted & th device shuts in energy saving mode.

7. I was able to fix the login problem by changing the settings in my phone that allowed sharing within my phones apps.

8. Been using since 2013 and I have over 2000 entries.

1. Restart Private DIARY Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Private DIARY Pro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Private DIARY Pro" » Open Private DIARY Pro - Personal j » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Private DIARY Pro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Private DIARY Pro - Personal j app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Private DIARY Pro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Private DIARY Pro - Personal j" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Private DIARY Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Private DIARY Pro might not work.
