1. I've updated , cleared the cache and forced stopped the app but it's still not working.Remote starting feature only works "sometimes!" Under the apps Alert History, it only shows when the remote start/stop, lock/unlock features were last used and any speed or boundary history, all of which I find completely irrelevant.
2. For example, when it's snowing cats and dogs the remote start doesn't reliably work.
3. Who needs to know when they last used any of their remote features! Wish it had a feature that could map me directly to my car in a large parking lot (Walmart) or multiple story hospital garage.Not always reliable.
4. the remote start takes about 30 seconds at best, and often says "service not available" even though it was successful.
5. My Remote Vehicle Status button simply disappeared from the main window, and now I can't read the odometer, gas gauge, or tire pressure.
6. Remote start is a premium option with this vehicle.
7. there are some nuisances that you have to figure out to make like making sure the car is locked before the engine will start, otherwise it will tell you service failed buy it won't say why.... that's my main gripe.
8. An older version of the app shows them correctly, but won't connect to the server! Comon, Nissan, fix these bugs!Update 3 years of using this app and I'm canceling this subscription.
9. I only pay because the remote start is worth it to me.
10. However, the app is missing the entire remote screen! It seems they would be more helpful, since it's the app that is not working, not the car! I'm so upset!!!VERY SLOW.

Hello, I just leased a new vehicle which comes with 6 months free of Nissan connect. Can I please cancel the one I’m currently paying for?
I would like to cancel my subscription and get a refund because I do not use it.
