1. Shows who we can trust and who not to go through ever again.I am a contractor and the sales people for angies list lied to me to make a sale I specifically asked if I could cancel my contract with Angies List anytime without penalties, and the girl said yes you can cancel anytime.

2. Hopefully not indicative of the service itself when I dig out my laptop to try a full browser.The service is good however, the app and website requires a password stronger than my bank or credit card services do.

4. When I tried to cancel 1 day later, they said that I still had to pay $400 a month for the entire year, it was in small print! They argued with me and are trying to put it on my credit.

7. And either demanded a walkthrough before quoting or kept changing the story about prices and amount of people who would clean.

8. The "manage account" doesnt work to stop the calls and offers no way to remove info.

9. I just wanted fair prices and a good cleaning of specific areas.Not so much with the app, but mostly disappointed with the business itself.

10. Also, I couldn't find a way to close the old abandoned and completed projects to stop text and email messages.i wish i could give zero stars.

1. Fix Angie’s List Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Angie’s List: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Angie’s List App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Angie’s List" » Open Angie’s List » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Angie’s List » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Angie’s List app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Angie’s List servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Angie’s List" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Angie’s List app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Angie’s List might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Angie’s List. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Angie’s List then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Angie’s List not working

2. Fix Angie’s List Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Angie’s List be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Angie’s List not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Angie’s List may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
