Why should I report an Issue with ShockPad: PC Remote Play?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Florian Grill to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. This should be fixed for ppl who pay for the other apps! I wouldn't pay for the so-called "successor" apps --- PSplay: Unlimited ($5⁹⁹) & the [non-lite] DroidJoy ($3⁴⁹) --- unless the automatic server connection is better & supports an "unlimited" server name.it worked perfectly, there was a small delay but obviously it was from the connection speed, it did exactly what it said and is very awesome, I have recommended it to a lot of people who didnt think that it would work.

But i tryed to play cod and my bro quit because i couldn't use my controller due to ads...only a few short seconds and you can enjoy your reward it says lol couldn't use it for the rest of the night!!!Bad!!! there is no option for "R2" and "L2" buttons as alot of games for PS4 require these buttons such as COD, BDO, Madden to name a few.

3. I hope the developer will read my suggestion and I hope him the best! (Sorry for my eng)I had to manually input my internet sever (domain name) bc the app couldn't auto-connect to it but I couldn't type in the last letter/digit of my server name.

4. False advertising for saying it can be a second PS4 controller when it doesn't allow you to use all the buttons as using a physical PS4 controller.Does exactly what it sets out to do.

5. Keep up the good work, grill!I really like the effort but it would be great if it was connected as a ps4 mobile controller to your console I tried a few times on pc and its works fine.

1. Fix ShockPad Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ShockPad: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ShockPad App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ShockPad" » Open ShockPad: PC Remote Play » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ShockPad » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ShockPad: PC Remote Play app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ShockPad servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ShockPad: PC Remote Play" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ShockPad app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ShockPad might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ShockPad. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ShockPad then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ShockPad not working

2. Fix ShockPad Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ShockPad be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ShockPad not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ShockPad may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
