1. No way to delete "locked" videos unless you format the card.Works perfectly with my 4k blackbox dashcam! Able to download videos straight to phone instead of using the SD card in a computer.I have Apeman Dashcam and instructions said to download the app 'FinalCam' but that was rubbish it didnt connect.

2. Ok, found the video files stored in internal memory, lingdu folder, deleted the offending 0 byte corrupted video transfer and the app doesn't crash any more.Beware this app keep the speaker running in background for some reason 24hrs when the phone is in standby.

3. App crashes if you bail on a download or turn off the camera during download and clearing cache doesn't resolve problem, can't find where corrupted/ partial download is stored so now the app is useless.

4. I don't recommend this app.This app drains my phone and Bluetooth headset battery because there is a small tone every few seconds that keeps the speaker on!App needs a lot of work.

5. If anyone else is experiencing the same please post.I thought this would be great to view all of my videos whenever i wanted from the ease of my phone.

6. So on that level it's great, and it can be used full screen which is great for video recording.👍Is ok, but the set time feature ignores your timezone setting in camera.

7. Only Benn able to connect the once! Drains the phone battery.

8. Yet to give it a full run, but it is working on a Pard nv007! Which I spent hours trying to get an app that would work with it, to my Android phone.

9. The main other feature is it doesn't require or ask for a lot of personal details, like phone numbers and where you live.

10. My car has to be on and my camera wifi has to be enabled then connect the app to the camera each time and THEN i can view my video/pictures.

1. Fix DashCam Player Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DashCam Player: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DashCam Player App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DashCam Player" » Open DashCam Player » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DashCam Player » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DashCam Player app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DashCam Player servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DashCam Player" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DashCam Player app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DashCam Player might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DashCam Player. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DashCam Player then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DashCam Player not working

2. Fix DashCam Player Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DashCam Player be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DashCam Player not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DashCam Player may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
