Why should I report an Issue with PSPad: Mobile Gamepad?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. When I use a Xbox controller or any type of XInput controller to remote play on PS5, it's not possible to access the "Quick Menu" of the PS5 - When I tap the Guide button on the Xbox controller, it acts if I'm pressing it longer and always bring up the full PS5 dashboard :(Could not get it to work.

2. And it was so much fun! This is the best day of my life with this PSPad! Thank you for making this PlayStation Pad for us!Great for playing fifa and other 2 or more controller games, but I am struggling with the joysticks.

3. I decided to do what any 21st century person would and turn my Smartphone in to a controller! The ONLY downside I can figure out is that the PS4 recognizes it as "Remote Play" which does limit the use somewhat.

4. I can see the developer put a lot of time into this, and they even reply to all the comments! Just 1 problem tho, I was gonna try and play minecraft split screen with my brother with this because I don't have a spare controller, but it was impossible.

5. Only good thing about is you can map the controller.Pretty great app! My PS4 controller decided that it no longer needed to charge, which meant that I couldn't use my PS4 for streaming videos.

6. Can you make that dynamic, or like the joysticks of ps4 remote Play? Or maybe make them like the joysticks of the emulator 'Lemuroid' which when I touch the right and drag to the left, the joystick starts from the center and goes to left, so if you could add this feature, I would give 5 stars.

7. One thing that would be very cool that beats other "Mobile Gamepad" apps, I'll suggest you add the background of your liking (like an image) for the gamepad layout.

9. Obviously I wouldn't recommend using it for actual gaming, but navigating the menu, streaming, and other services are super easy.

1. Fix PSPad Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PSPad: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PSPad App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PSPad" » Open PSPad: Mobile Gamepad » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PSPad » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PSPad: Mobile Gamepad app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PSPad servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PSPad: Mobile Gamepad" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PSPad app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PSPad might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PSPad. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PSPad then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PSPad not working

2. Fix PSPad Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PSPad be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PSPad not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PSPad may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
