1. But still I rate this app 5 stars since the items are affordable plus free shipping.Its my second time ordering an earphone and it still has a defect, same with the last one.

1. Restart GoSwak: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GoSwak App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GoSwak" » Open GoSwak - Online group buying » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GoSwak » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GoSwak - Online group buying app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GoSwak servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GoSwak - Online group buying" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
