1. I shouldn't even give a single star.Can't pay for anything.... website restarts my flights... can't do anything with Lion Air.... never had a worst booking experiance ever... Says I have the flight and to go to payment section and there's no payment section to buy any flights.... 💀👀 I don't think they want you to fly as this is the most troublesome experiance booking a flight....This airline really lives up to its reputation as Indonesia's worst airline.

2. I have taken a dozen Lion flights and every single one of them is at least 2+ hours late!This is probably the worst customer service on the face of the planet.

3. This may be the world's most useless app.Customer Service is bad, hours of waiting for their reply on WhatsApp and still no one responded... The office service is bad, the app have an underdeveloped feature, it is better to talk with a wall than with Lion Customer Service.

5. It will take hours just for you to get connected with an agent and if you happen to miss their message for 5 minutes, they'll bail out on you.Filling particulars is not intuitive.

6. I've tried for 2 days to reach anyoneWow! There's no way to store a reservation and no user account option.

7. Last night there were plenty of flights but suddenly today no flight can be found.

8. Looking for flight but no single airport can be found.

9. Pretty sure it's probably some dude operating out of his basement if they even have a customerc service department .

10. There's no option to create an account and login.when comes to payment, cannot get through.

11. We could know this apps is run by some incompetent lion air IT staff just by using it.

1. Fix Lion Air Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Lion Air: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
