1. I feel like while I'm learning about me they are learning important things that will help bring cures to our health care.very rewardingPerfect app if your not shy about giving out personal health information, they help the community through health studies.Even though I indicated no symptoms, the survey requires me to pick a symptom I had in the last 14 days in order to go to the next question.I truly enjoy being a Project Baseline Explorer and study participant.
2. customer support not helpful ...I am happy to be in the study but do not like the time it takes to get issues resolved.Scheduled appointment using app which says ALL TIMES ARE CENTRAL TIME.
3. I just get the following error: "Hmm, something went wrong Sorry about that! Please try again later or contact the Project Baseline team if the error persists."Regular surveys don't show up in the app; the website is needed for that.
4. End page: YOUR APPOINTMENT IS SCHEDULED FOR 11:15 CENTRAL TIME followed by an email saying You Have an Appointment 11:15 EASTERN TIME.
5. Managing studies still requires you to though (even though the webpage opens in the app) - which means annoying Google sign-in again.
6. Shortly after confirming to them that I wanted to join and to myself that there where no disqualifying factors I received a terse response that cryptically & dismissively said that I didn't qualify.
7. Neither I nor the testing site is in the Central Time Zone, but I can do math.
8. But recently notifications have started coming in (yay!), and I'm able to fill out more surveys without having to go to the website (was really annoying).
9. Maps routinely picks circuitous route over direct and reroutes randomly based on in car conversations.I can't even register.
10. I'm left wondering why I would bother with the app.Spent a month considering joining 1 of their studies.
11. The staff have all been really kind and a pleasure to work with and you can tell that they really believe in what they are working on...and I do as well.
How do I get the appointment stuck in my account cancelled? It was scheduled for April 9th but my gallbladder decided to rupture and I spent almost 3 weeks in the hospital and missed my appointment. There is no option to reschedule or delete. When I contact via the form they explained they only work within the tech aspects of the app developing. Whom can I speak with to change this? I work social services and need frequent testing for client contact. The app needs a delete and reschedule option... Please! (916) 904-6039.
