I should have downloaded Adobe or used Google Drive instead.I will like to say it bad because I wanted to give my friend some notes, so I thought to scan its but when I finished scanning and was the time to send there was no option for sending and although if I hit the darn button is taking a lot of time.

2. I use it every day to declutter my paper piles and snipetsof info from magazines.As I have so many scans now, I would like to be able to name the scans so I can search through and organise them.During covid 19 pendamic i have to send my work in pdf form so i used this app .

3. First of all this app is not fast.It takes time to load and second, It will not let me rename documents using the word gun combined with a name and apostrophe!Worst it deleted all my documents yesterday.

4. Files in their proprietary format couldn't be located anywhere on device for extraction, and as there was no ability to select, open or save to PDF, my last hour of scanning was a waste of time.

5. Does a decent job scanning and cropping but when you save your photos, they are a very small image size, compressed and don't have an option to export to gallery.

6. We can't change the order of photos in a bundle shot, and God knows how the image is getting mirrored and rotated when I pdf it even though I didn't edit the picture.This app is a spyware.

1. Fix Super Scanner Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Super Scanner: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Super Scanner App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Super Scanner" » Open Super Scanner : Fast Camera Sc » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Super Scanner » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Super Scanner : Fast Camera Sc app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Super Scanner servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Super Scanner : Fast Camera Sc" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Super Scanner app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Super Scanner might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Super Scanner. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Super Scanner then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Super Scanner not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Super Scanner be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
