1. I installed it and took pictures of some bass from the web, where I made sure that the fish was isolated from the background and the app returned a suggestion that one picture was of a Bay Pipefish, which is more like an eel, and the second one was "identified" as a Humphead Wrasse, which is nothing like a bass.
2. It only gives you one option as to what your fish might be, so if its wrong, there's no way to search for what else it could be OR even input it yourself if you know the species and just want to add it to your caught collection. Not accurate AT ALL!!!! I am a very experienced aquarium keeper.
3. A cling fish eat algae while a Sculpin doesn'tWhile its mostly a decent app, the frustration comes when it identifies your fish as the wrong one.
4. There's like only 20% chance your camera will turn clear. Not very accurate for fish in Australia.
5. enough to be usefullNot accurate, I got Atlantic Staghorn Sculpin instead of cling fish.
6. I was taking a picture of my white skirt tetra to test it out and I got a clear, focused up close picture with nothing in the background that would screw with the app and the first result was a frog and the second was a dolphin.
7. Which is one of the most common fish to keep in any aquarium! 🤦 It absolutely does NOT recognize a peacock gudgeon either, another common small fish.
8. Great idea and good UI just not accurate.I don't usually give a 1 star, because I understand the programmer's effort but this app just doesn't work.
9. Not a bad interface, but definitely not effective at the main goal of identifying fish in my tank.Terrible. Not even close.
10. I thought this act would be fun to help me keep track of what fish I had and what tank.
11. Not because it identifies it incorrectly, this is understandable, but because theres no option to fix it or search for other possible options.
