1. Can u take memory card after recording a place in a 6.0 then see what you want? I assumed you crabby still record them take it memory card place card into a reader & look it video clips that way correct?The app keeps crashing when i try to to connect to my Samsung 21+.

2. You must turn on wifi first on the camera and connect the camera to your phone, before launching the app, otherwise the app will crash as there's no camera to connect to for a feed.

3. "Their app developers are working to correct the issue." If they really wanted to fix the issue, they would add the Fish-i to their Tactacam Connect app.

4. I like these cameras, I just wish you would spend the time and money to get the software to work.App crashes immediately, won't even open.

8. The quality of camera is good if you live in 2005! With 3 mega pixels quality it would be the last thing you want to have.

1. Fix Tactacam Fishi-i Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Tactacam Fishi-i: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Tactacam Fishi-i App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tactacam Fishi-i" » Open Tactacam Fishi-i » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tactacam Fishi-i » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Tactacam Fishi-i app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tactacam Fishi-i servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tactacam Fishi-i" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Tactacam Fishi-i app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tactacam Fishi-i might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Tactacam Fishi-i. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tactacam Fishi-i then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tactacam Fishi-i not working

2. Fix Tactacam Fishi-i Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tactacam Fishi-i be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Tactacam Fishi-i not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Tactacam Fishi-i may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
