1. Fix 形色 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart 形色: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the 形色 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "形色" » Open 形色 - 拍照識花識別植物 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 形色 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear 形色 - 拍照識花識別植物 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 形色 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "形色 - 拍照識花識別植物" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check 形色 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 形色 might not work.
