Why should I report an Issue with GIS Surveyor - Land Survey and?

1. I really like this app it is very useful.Has lots of features but it really requires time to figure out how to use them all and just do something really quick that's impossible so I guess it's okay but for my purposes not okayHow can this application be useful to a licensed surveyor without the ability to manually enter points (from say a theodolite - total station).

2. A nice feature, would be to list the call points and the coordinates on the page where you can see how many call points you have.No ability to manually enter a point? I'm at a loss how anyone finds this application useful.

3. Love it for making simple maps and measuring area and perimeters! Glad to have it on my phone!It is nice though it is in beta version yet it is useful.

4. Seriously?Clean, simple interface makes this app incredibly useful and easy to use.

1. Fix GIS Surveyor Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GIS Surveyor: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GIS Surveyor App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GIS Surveyor" » Open GIS Surveyor - Land Survey and » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GIS Surveyor » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GIS Surveyor - Land Survey and app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GIS Surveyor servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GIS Surveyor - Land Survey and" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GIS Surveyor app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GIS Surveyor might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GIS Surveyor. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GIS Surveyor then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GIS Surveyor not working

2. Fix GIS Surveyor Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GIS Surveyor be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GIS Surveyor not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GIS Surveyor may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
