Why should I report an Issue with Sun Locator - Position Seeker?

1. If you're going to pay for ad free version spend a few extra dollars and get photopills...I generally don't mind ads because I understand that developers need to be paid, but the sheer volume of ads makes the app unusable.

2. £15 per WEEK to remove ads!!! You're having a laugh mateThis was an awesome program until the most recent update, now it's filled with popup ads.The camera position is not accurate at all, same with the times, they are off by 20 minutes.

3. There is an option in the app to calibrate my phone compass, and after I took about 20 seconds to do that, camera view was exactly correct.

4. Going to hopefully use this to pick out a great house location with best views of sunrise and sunset.Loved the old free app.

5. I'll update my coordinates, click on map view and it always has the shadow pointing in the wrong direction.

6. The date isn't changeable without an upgrade, so not good for planning ahead and the current date is incorrect, so pointless for using it today.

8. Also, now there are super intrusive ads on app start/close that unmute the phone audio and are crazy loud.

1. Fix Sun Locator Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sun Locator: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sun Locator App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sun Locator" » Open Sun Locator - Position Seeker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sun Locator » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sun Locator - Position Seeker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sun Locator servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sun Locator - Position Seeker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sun Locator app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sun Locator might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sun Locator. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sun Locator then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sun Locator not working

2. Fix Sun Locator Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sun Locator be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sun Locator not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sun Locator may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
