Seems like a bunch of generation zeros and want to do zero on the appTech support is horrible, Android app won't even start, smarthq device won't talk with appliance most of the time, go to download software updates for appliance and itjust sits there doing nothing, all around good thought but needs tons of work.For the most part diagnosing, this device is very helpful.
2. What started out as a good idea sure has plummeted into the bowels of the earth.. the software is useless as it says needs to be updated but just sits in pending status and never downloads.
3. 4 days later and no response to request for access to the product I paid for.For those of you who are downing this app you have to have the Newfi device to hookup to the appliance.
4. I gave up and just now after three or so weeks i decided to check in, and i still dont have permission.Up to 30 minutes to update, rediculous.
5. Confusing login process, must ask permission of GE to access stove via wifi.
6. Don't even know why I downloaded in the first place.Every time I go to open this in a customer's house it has to do an app update.

10. Unfortunately when trying to do a firmware updateit will take time out and you are unable to restart the download.
