The News Leader office said they have nothing to do with the app??I keep being asked to rate the app, and each time I suggest they add a delivery suspention feature, but still not there, so only one star.Used to be good to read about news in our area, but for sime reason the app keeps closing and I have to keep starting over 😢Started going down hill when Gannett took over.

1. Fix The News Leader Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart The News Leader: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the The News Leader App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "The News Leader" » Open The News Leader » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for The News Leader » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear The News Leader app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from The News Leader servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "The News Leader" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check The News Leader app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, The News Leader might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall The News Leader. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall The News Leader then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing The News Leader not working
