Herald-Leader Customer Insights

1. Not trying to directly openNews content (except for UK sports) is horribly inept, incomplete and incompetent. The new app update does not work on my Samsung Galaxy Tablet S6 lite.

2. Dispute them via PayPal to get your money back and they'll send you a fake collection notice, even when they haven't delivered anything! This kind of business should be illegal but they're popping up more and more.

3. Very disappointing.Although I can log in and read in browser/on website fine, app tells me I don't have a sufficient subscription to be logged in.

4. Not worth keeping digital subscription that won't let me read in the app.As of today, the app only works if linked from an email.

5. On my tablet the font size is too small to read.

6. I thought "Olive" app was better overall experience, but no where near what you'd hope for. This is nothing but a subscription scam! They aren't even located in Lexington.

7. Links don't work, ads are intrusive, navigation is wonky, needs 60% more polish.

8. I read two other stores, but selecting the third was asking too much.

9. Theres no scrolling at the bottom of the page to find things fast.

10. Never received one paper and when you try to dispute it, they will delete your information.

11. Edit: I know how to adjust the font size.
