1. If I get a notification from this app about a news story & click on it, it opens the app to the home page but not the article it just notified me about.. very sloppy app that needs better devs.Everytime they change their app it gets worse.

2. Selecting a story from notifications doesn't actually take you to the story, and often, the story doesn't even exist.When you click on the story from the notification, it either send you to a completely different headline or crashes the app.

3. They have crammed it so full of advertising i can't click on a story without the screen jumping all over.

4. Incorrect news stories on their headlines..... I have written them over issues in the past and was told wer can't fix the issue....hmmmmthe new update is an improvement.

5. Profit over quality.WTOL really needs to rethink how they prioritize news stories, especially with this app.

6. the article links and backgrounds are a little garish, but hey...progress is progress.It is not possible to find stories in the newest version.

7. Also, I can never find the articles that I click on in my notifications from this app.

8. Example...today, their top story, encompassing the entire screen, is the story about reserving your tickets for the free St.

9. It has failed me several times over the last few weeks compared to a 10 second Google search.Videos play silently unless you click on them.

10. I am absolutely sick of all the poll questions too and other notifications that I couldn't care less about and there's no way to stop them.The app is pretty much intolerable now.

1. Fix WTOL 11 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WTOL 11: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WTOL 11 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WTOL 11" » Open WTOL 11: Toledo's News Leader » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WTOL 11 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WTOL 11: Toledo's News Leader app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WTOL 11 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WTOL 11: Toledo's News Leader" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WTOL 11 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WTOL 11 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WTOL 11. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WTOL 11 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WTOL 11 not working
