1. Delayed it and reinstalled it and works great .Extremely slow.... And then ads open while you are trying to create a photo... Not able to be used offline.I love this app and it's sooo... Easy! I'm going to use the frames as much as I can.

2. Much better than the original framify! Would just like to see a few more wooden and simple frames.I like all the different types, but there is nowhere it says save picture after you have made changes.

3. Love the variety of frames.What happened to the chocolate frames? I used them for all my 10 grandchildren's picture books and they all loved them.

10. Had a few issues early this year.

1. Fix Ba Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ba: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ba App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ba" » Open Baby Photo Frames & Picture Fr » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ba » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Baby Photo Frames & Picture Fr app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ba servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Baby Photo Frames & Picture Fr" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ba app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ba might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ba. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ba then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ba not working

2. Fix Ba Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ba be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ba not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ba may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
