1. YOU DESERVE 500 STARS!! You guys are AWESOME! 500 is less, please allow me to give you 5000 stars!!I got what I paid for but neither in time nor in the state of being appreciated.. The amount charged was way too higher than the quality delivered..flowers were stale and old..even the bouquet wrapping wasn't fresh..Despite the fact that while ordering I especially quoted for the quality of flowers be admirable ..Worst experience late delivery and no flowers available they are telling me to take chocolate instead of flowers.

They have a policy of calling customers, and if customer doesn't pick call due to some unavoidable circumstances, they will mark order as delivered, and when you complain, they will say its an error.. it was attempted... Is calling someone really, means delivery attempted... and customer care agents are rude and talk nonsense.Pathetic experience.

3. Once the order is actually picked up only then give the OFD notification and may be like 4 hour window! Phone reps are great! Hate WhatsApp though!One of the pathetic customer service and no ownership and commitment on doing delivery on time.

4. Great service!The app has very good navigation which makes it very easy to explore the variety of flowers and it takes a very few minutes to order the flowers.

5. I had a great and very seamless experience with the app.I placed order for flower for a bouquet on 13/05/2023 & paid money online.

6. Have sent flowers and gifts to different cities and the experience has been nothing short of GREAT! Edit: The experience only seems to get better, but unable to give more than 5 star.

7. Worst experience and all i can say is that try some other apps.I ordered a personalized photo frame from floweraura and I must say it exceeded my expectations! The frame was of excellent quality and the design was beautifully crafted.

8. Sometimes, it says 6 am in the morning that the order is out for delivery and will be delivered by 9 pm! That causes confusion.

1. Fix FlowerAura Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FlowerAura: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FlowerAura App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FlowerAura" » Open FlowerAura: Flowers Cake Gifts » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FlowerAura » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FlowerAura: Flowers Cake Gifts app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FlowerAura servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FlowerAura: Flowers Cake Gifts" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FlowerAura app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FlowerAura might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FlowerAura. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FlowerAura then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FlowerAura not working

2. Fix FlowerAura Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FlowerAura be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FlowerAura not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FlowerAura may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
