1. with how much you guys charge for flowers, you'd think you could afford a better app.Terrible this company can't get their act together they say they're going to ship it a certain date they ship days later and miss the holiday or occasion that you originally order flowers for useless! you try to order it ahead of time so everything is okay they charge of $67.50 for two dozen roses and then it charges $37.98 for shipping and handling.

I have a Galaxy S22 Ultra so it's not because my phone is outdated.I Hate this company, why even give the option to choose a date if it never arrives on the date or at all, also it defeats the purpose to use this service if it arrives days after your selected day of choice its just waste of time and money i could have went to my local flower shop and saved at least $20minimal at best.

3. A week later, still no flowers.I had a issue years ago with my order timing the customer service was great got a full refund and still kept the flowers.

1. Fix ProFlowers Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart ProFlowers: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the ProFlowers App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ProFlowers" » Open ProFlowers » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ProFlowers » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear ProFlowers app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ProFlowers servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ProFlowers" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check ProFlowers app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ProFlowers might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall ProFlowers. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ProFlowers then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ProFlowers not working


2. Fix ProFlowers Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ProFlowers be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ProFlowers not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ProFlowers may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
