1. I have read your responses to this issue on where to find the lock of view but for whatever reason it's not there or in any besides rotating pics per degreesYikes! What happened to manual exposure compensation! Not a good thing to get rid of! Do I have to find a new camera app? Thanks, I did find that, and it worked well.

2. Most camera apps have an option to lock it in landscape mode and they keep it from switching from right-handed to left-handed.Was very excited for the update, it fixed some of the exposure issues I was experiencing.

If I shoot a portrait photo, the result is it takes the portrait picture and turns it 90 degrees and then stretches the aspect ratio out to landscape, so I end up with a photo that is very wide and short, and on it's side... Oops....? Sorry guys but I"m really struggling with this and it's unworkable at the moment.. I uninstalled completely and then reinstalled.

4. It's just the preinstalled camera app with a new Ui and quite a bit less stable.The camera app works well, very granular controls, but the video forces you to press an extra button to save the video, the button is not very prominent, and you can't change the settings to auto-save vids.

5. Another free app I've been using will force geotag and essentially has the same options, so I will be switching back to that for now.I've been a paid user of this app for several years now, it's definitely had its issues in that time, but overall it's been the best camera app I've found.

6. Moving my thumb left to right on the screen is more difficult than the old up-down, and it requires reselecting the manual focus button between each photo, which is a pain when taking many photos at different levels of focus.

1. Restart Camera FV-5: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Camera FV-5 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Camera FV-5" » Open Camera FV-5 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Camera FV-5 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Camera FV-5 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Camera FV-5 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Camera FV-5" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Camera FV-5 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Camera FV-5 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Camera FV-5. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Camera FV-5 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Camera FV-5 not working
